Hello,
My client has sent me a package yesterday but everytime I try to open the downloaded file I get a message that says "An error occurred extracting the package. The file........ already exists".
They even sent me another one renamed with _new but it still doesn't work.
I have also deleted all of my Temp file but that doesn't solve it either.
The RWS support page does not open for me. It gets me to the login page, I click on it but then sends me back to the home page without having logged me in.
How can I solve this? Thank you very much in advance.
