Differences in fuzzy matches not displayed correctly in Trados Studio 2024

Since a couple of weeks, the differences in the fuzzy matches in my Translation results windows are displayed without any colour. This way it is very hard to see what exactly are the differences between the match and the new source. I already reinstalled the latest version (February 2025) (twice!), but nothing changed. I also checked the configuration of the Translation results windows and everything seems to be as usual.

I am not aware of any changes in my PC setup that could have caused this bug, it just showed up one day. Does anyone has got any idea of what is wrong?
