For the past few weeks, an error message saying "Parameter is not valid" pops up, and then I can't use Studio, unless I shut down, and restart. But today, even after doing this...the software doesn;'t allow me to type in anything. Please help.

Please try to repair the installation of Trados Studio--> Workaround 1 from this article: Repairing your installation of Trados Studio, and if the error persists please perform a Trados reset--> Workaround 2.
