did you ever have a chance to look at this?
I am not sure why your portal is not saving the screenshots I add! Very strange.
So why is the report giving the actual stats while the analsys window gives a very wrong analysis???
Can anyone reply to me about this issue with a solution, other than resetting Studio!!!!
You are comparing words (in the report above) with segments (in the Analysis below). You can change Segments to Words in the dropdown list.
Oh man, silly me! I must have clicked a wrong button by mistake during heavy lifting!! and of course I did not expect that I did so, so I was wondering what might have changed. Thanks a million Jesus, you came to my rescue.
