Error when starting Trados Studio 2021

When starting Studio 2021, I get the following error:

"Service 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.lProjectManagementService' could not be started"

Then Studio closes.

I have tried repairing and re-installing to no avail.
