I read all posts related to the issue I'm currently facing with Studio (Unexpected exception when initializing view part Fragment Matches) and followed each of the steps without positive results. I contacted Trados via email and the recommendation was to request for support and a remote session, please. (EDT time in the US)
can you confirm what you have tried already so we don’t waste time giving you the same advice?
