Entries are not shown automatically out of Multiterm in Trados

Question

My problem is this: I have linked a terminology database (Multiterm). However, unfortunately not all terms are recognized by the terminology recognition feature in Trados, although they are found when I perform a terminology database search. Do you have any idea what else could be causing this? Everything has been set up correctly, including the language directions.

 what version of Trados Studio - the full version number? 
 what version of MultiTerm - the full version number? 
 what languages are set up in your termbase and are they fully qualified? So just en or de as opposed to en-GB and de-DE for example? 
 what are the languages in your project? 
 what are the terms and how do they look in your project when you open the editor view?
