I am pasting here a complaint I received from one of our valued Project managers, a bit frustrated because of the misbehaviour of trados 2024.

I need to point out some errors for trados 2024 that are taking too much time, i did not have these errors on 2022 so i am not sure what is the issue:

• when i am doing a QA and for example want to change a punctuation or a double space it just scrolls somewhere random in editor 
  - when i pre-translate the whole project (not language by language) sometimes it wont pre-translate with the machine even if it is added and put to 75% 
  - in the middle of the work it happens that it just shuts down with no warrning  / error, this happend on 2022 but in this trados is more often
  - segment action plug in which i use a lot because it is easier and faster - is not working a lot of times and i need to do manuali everything most of the time now

I wonder if this could be also be due to the specifics of her PC, what's the best set up for a PC to run trados smoothly?

the rest seems to be issue with plug ins
