Project creation: add new client

Hello,

I'm unable to add new clients/edit existing ones when creating a new project. I can enter the client's name and e-mail but the OK button to validate is grayed out. The Trados version I'm using is: Trados Studio 2022 - 17.0.3.11695. Any advice how to fix this?
