My computer crashed and after restarting it I was logged out of Trados Studio 2019. I tried to Sign in but keep getting error messages, the first of which is "Connection to Language Cloud Failed". Can anyone help?

My computer crashed and after restarting it I was logged out of Trados Studio 2019. I tried to Sign in but keep getting error messages, the first of which is "Connection to Language Cloud Failed". Can anyone help?

First please activate the license by using the activation code in your RWS account, Products and Plans - Licenses https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses.aspx
Then try again to log in.
