- Version: Trados Studio 2021 SR2 9338
- Target: Creating project packages with users.
We are trying to add users for Project packages but it just makes Trados freeze every time.
We are following this article Adding users for project packages
We have tried: deleting cache in %appdata% and also the Projects.xml file in the Documents folder but no luck.
Could anyone help me with it?

You can also create users at Project package creation time. Click on Users button, add a new user, then select it from the Assign to list:

Thank you for the answer!
I also tried creating Package and clickiing on the Users button as your picture, it made my Trados freeze also....
About resetting Trados Studio, I have done it multiple times now but the issue is still there.
Note that, I'm using Trados Studio on a shared machine. While my account is affected, the others are not.
