How to maintain tracked changes on the final Word document?

Question

I would like to know what I should do to be able to display the tracked changes introduced in a translation (Studio 2015). I can write changes in tracked changes mode but when I create the Word document, the tracked changes are not visible.

They only disappear from the target document if you accept the changes. 
If you don't accept them, they will still be in your target document. It works the same as in Word itself.
