I have Trados Studio Subscription, the button BOLD doesn't active. Why?

Can you provide a screenshot and a sample file (does not need to be the actual file you are translating, as this might be confidential)? There are lots of people who can help you on this forum, but you have to provide more information in order for them to understand the situation.
