Access to path denied

Hi there,

I am using Trados Studio 2021 and met a strange issue. When I opened Trados, it shows:

access to the path C\Users\%username%\Appdata\Roaming\SDL community\AppStore Integration\Settings\settings.json denied. Then I clicked OK, the Trados just crashed to desktop

I tried to restart the computer and still the issue lingers. Can anyone help. Thanks
