File pre-translated in English instead of French

Question

I added a Dutch file to be translated into French to an existing NL>FR project. But Trados Studio pretranslates my file into ENGLISH instead of French, although the TM is NL>FR. Helppp!

 Does OpenAI appear as in my screenshot when you open Project Settings and All Language Pairs?

Or is it added under a specific Language pair?
