"Impossible de démarrer le service Sdl.desktop.Platform.Services./TelemetryService"

Question

Hi, 
 
 I got this message yesterday when opening Studio 21: 
 "Impossible de d&eacute;marrer le service Sdl.desktop.Platform.Services./TelemetryService". 
 I tried the 2 workarounds suggested in other threads, but it is not working. 
 Any help you can provide will be welcome.
