error in Trados 2022

When I try to open Trados 2022, I get the message: Unexpected exception when initializing view part Fragment Matches. And If I try to open a project, i get the message: Key not found, with a very long number and 'Parameternaam: Key'. I've tried to repair it, but that doesn't work either...

What should I do?

Best,
