Hi,
Working with an agency, we are faced with substantial differences between our Trados Studio analysis reports and their Trados Live analysis reports to our detriment.
Why is that and what can be done about it?
Cheers,

I'd be interested to see some evidence of this? Not because I disbelieve you, but rather to understand where the differences might be coming from. Can you recreate this yourselves (you do have access to your own cloud account)?
It would also be useful to understand how you're comparing? Are you using the same resources that were used by the agency? Why exactly is to your detriment... is it because you consider the matches you are being paid to correct are too high and you should be paid more to correct them? Just trying to build a picture as it's not enough to ask why something happens and what can be done without seeing/understanding the problem properly.

Hi Paul, I am not completely sure I understand you correctly. The rates paid for the individual match categories do not come into the picture. Just going by us pressing "Run analysis" on the package the way it came from the agency, without adding or removing TMs, vs. the agency's screenshot, which appears to be from some sort of Trados dashboard they have, under the tabs Projects and then Reports there. They say that this is their Trados Live report. I have no other information and am unfortunately not allowed to share any data here. I do not know whether they have done any tweaking - we certainly haven't. Cheers.
As this has been an ongoing issue during a perceived one and a half years, we might eventually have to reach out to one of you guys by PM, attaching their report and ours.
