Hello, I am trying to unlock the text that appears grey in almost all segments. I do not understand why some phrases can be edited (shown in black in the attached image) and others appear grey with locked tags.
I have tried everything, I have gone into options, files, xliff and I have created several rules in embedded content but it does not work for me. I have tried extracting in defined document structures>document structure information>sdl:cdata, source, target, but then it leaves everything as plain text and I am unable to distinguish what I have to translate. Is there any option I have not tried? How can I unblock these segments? I'll send a screenshot. Thanks in advance.
