Tooltips should support line wrapping.
Right now, long texts are shown in one single line, which makes them hard to read and and at the end they cut off.

Are you talking about comments? What's your Trados Studio version? At least in Trados Studio 2022 (latest build) comments correctly do line wrapping. This is one single long line comment:
