Please let me know how I can create a project with a source language code of “en-XM.”

es-XM is not a recognised language tag. Maybe it's a typo, or a code come from some other internal tool? Some systems use private subtags for regional dialects or business divisions... so perhaps it could mean Spanish for Mexico if someone mistyped es-MX or used a non-standard variant.
