Hi all; I am an MA student who has been learning to use TRADOS Studio 2024 through my academic licence. I noticed something strange. When I go to automatically insert tags present in the ST, it suggest ctrl alt insert as a hotkey; yet, that does not work. I have to do CTRL INSERT instead (so no alt). I have a similar issue with the "confirm segment" which for me is CTRL ALT ENTER not CTRL ENTER. Has anyone encountered this before?

You can adapt nearly all shortcuts in Trados Studio via File -> Options -> Keyboard shortcuts. I have never paid attention to what is being suggested, so I cannot help here, but I would simply adapt the shortcuts as needed or desired and then save the user profile to keep this settings for the future.
