Hello. I am trying to change my login email to a different email but have been facing difficulties to do so. I tried online and on the Tardos app but didn't get anywhere. Please let me know the steps I need to follow to change it. Thank you in advance for your help.
To change your e-mail address please access the Personal Details section of your RWS account: https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/accountdetails/mydetails.aspx
If the problems persist, please come in chat and we will change the address for you: https://www.trados.com/contact-us/ (the bottom right button).
