Translation in Editor has lost, but the Save as target are saved succesfully in Trados Studio 2022. How can I get my translation back into Editor.

I'm translating from English to Japanese using Trados Sutido 2022. Yesterday I clicked Save as target and saveed my translation in a Word file.

This morning when I opened Trados, and cannot find my translation I worked yesterday (and maybe translation I worked the day before yesterday also lost). Check in the Word file I saved yesterday, the translation are saved successfully. How can I get back my translation?

Question improvement suggestion: Provide specific details about any error messages encountered and confirm if the translation memory is intact.

In the meantime, based on the information you have provided, here is a suggested answer to your question:

    Hello,

To recover your lost translations in Trados Studio 2022, please follow these steps:

**Step 1:** Check for Autosave files. Navigate to the 'Documents' folder and look for any Autosave files that may contain your work.

**Step 2:** Look in the 'Backup' folder within your project directory. Trados Studio often creates backups when you save your work.

**Step 3:** Search the project folder itself in the 'Projects' folder to see if your SDLXLIFF file is still there.

**Step 4:** If you saved your translations in a Word file, you can also try to re-import the translations from that file back into Trados Studio. You can do this by creating a new project and importing the translation memory that contains your translations.

**Step 5:** Ensure that your Translation Memory is intact. If you have been using a TM, your translations should be retrievable from there.

**Step 6:** If you are still unable to find your translations, consider using a system restore point to recover files, or check if you have any previous versions of the project saved.

If you encounter any error messages during this process, please provide those details for further assistance.
