Dear Community!

After upgrading Studio 2024 to SR1 version I am having a most annoying failure every time I start Trados (issue 1) or when it suddenly closes and restarts (issue 2).

I have tried to fix it by following the steps described in article https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sys_kb_id=b24f61e983466690396947426daad39d

None of the solutions provided helped.

Problem 1: Welcome window+novelties+general setup are shown every time Trados is started; additionaly, in 90% of cases the following message appears, though there are no plugins to uninstall (as far as I know):

Problem 2: Trados closes unexpectedly and restarts automatically, returning (again) to the initial state (first setup windows are shown, etc.)

Would appreciate experts´help in resolving this issue.
