Studio 2015 - File showing "In Review" with a 0% progress

Hello,

I just used Studio 2015 for the first time after upgrading from Studio 2011 and encountered a problem with two files from a package sent by a translation agency.

Once the first file was translated, all the segments having been properly saved in the TM, looking at the file in the Files pane before creating a return package, it showed "In Review" and a status of 0% progress. I sent the package anyway and the project manager received a fully translated file showing "In Review".

The second file hasn't been translated yet, but it shows "in translation" (I have opened it once to look at the content, probably why it shows in translation, I guess).

How can one remedy this situation? What is the problem?

  • Hi Danielle,

It's not a serious issue (so won't break anything!), and the usual reason for it is that one or more segments have actually got a status of "Translation rejected" or "Translation approved" so the files moves into the review stage and it looks as though you've done nothing. I have also seen this happen when all the segments are perfect... in these instances running a batch task for a wordcount, or an analysis often refreshes the %.

Maybe something in that will help you?

    Regards
