Graphics Driver crashes when using Studio 2015 on Windows 10

Hi!

My graphics driver (for Intel HD Graphics 520) crashes repeatedly when I am using Studio 2015 on Windows 10. The screen goes black and I receive a message saying that the graphics driver  (for Windows 8! that I do not run..) has crashed and has been reset. I'm using the latest version of the drivers.

This has happened on two different laptops now so I'm starting to think that it might have to do with the program itself (and not with the computers). Does anyone else experience the same thing?

  • I have the same problem... video driver crash and restore several times with SDL running. I have a brand new HP Envy I7 with Windows 10: the problem seems the 4k resolution of the screen, which also cause problems with SDL menus (High resolution Display: command menus overlapping and ultra small user interface)... I have already logged a request and SDL people partially solved the problem changing some parameter in my operating system (kb.sdl.com/ ... but solution lasted only until there was a "windows update" from Microsoft. Now I'm again at starting point waiting for an ultimate solution from SDL.
