In the meantime, based on the information you have provided, here is a suggested answer to your question:

Hello! It seems you're encountering an issue when trying to save a document in Trados Studio 2021. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

**Step 1:** Ensure that you have closed all RWS applications before proceeding.

**Step 2:** Navigate to the following path in Windows File Explorer:

    `C:\Users\%User Name%\App Data\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16`

Make sure to replace `%User Name%` with your actual Windows username. If you cannot find this path, ensure that you have enabled the option to view hidden items in File Explorer.

**Step 3:** Look for the file named `Translation Memory Repository.xml`. You can either rename it to `Translation Memory Repository_old.xml` or delete it.

**Step 4:** Open Trados Studio again and check if the issue persists.

**Step 5:** If the problem continues, consider resetting Trados Studio to its default settings by renaming the `Studio16` folder to `OLD_Studio16` in the same directory mentioned above.

**Step 6:** Additionally, check if your antivirus software is blocking Trados Studio. You may need to add exceptions for the relevant folders as outlined in the troubleshooting steps.

If you still encounter issues, please provide the exact error message you received when trying to save the document, as this will help in diagnosing the problem further.
