Studio 2022 not connecting - stuck on "Logging on to https://logs06.sdlproducts.com for 20 minutes"

Hello,

I've been using Trados Studio for many years and never had this issue before.

After I enter my user name and password the "Please wait" "Logging on to https..." window appears but nothing happens. I've restarted Studio and my computer several times and it's always the same problem.

Thanks for your help!
