Hi, all
I have Studio 2015 Freelance Plus running on my desktop and on my laptop but currently when I want to work on one, I have to deactivate the licence on the other machine.
The problem is, I cannot activate it on both because SDL seems to think, I already have it activated twice, which I don't (at least I don't remember). How can I get the second licence back?

You need to log a case with our support team and they will reset the license for you.
You can log a case really quickly using this link:
Just fill in the form and submit it. If you can, use the Chrome browser to log the case, you'll get more success in completing the form, and make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.
