    Hello Gary,

It seems you are encountering an issue with the filter settings while trying to create a target language version in Trados Studio 2021. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this problem:

**Step 1:** Ensure that you are opening the correct project file. The error message suggests that the filter settings may not be found because you might be working with an SDLXLIFF file directly instead of the WSXZ package. Make sure to open the project as part of the Studio World Server project created from the WSXZ package.

**Step 2:** Check if the filter settings are correctly configured in your project. Go to the project settings and verify that the filter 'ST4 v 2' is available and properly set up. If it is missing, you may need to recreate or import the filter settings.

**Step 3:** If the filter settings are correct, try resetting your Trados Studio settings. You can do this by going to `File > Options > Reset User Settings`. This can help resolve any configuration issues that might be causing the error.

**Step 4:** If the issue persists, consider repairing your Trados Studio installation. You can do this through the Control Panel by selecting Trados Studio and choosing the Repair option.

**Step 5:** Lastly, ensure that your software is up to date. Check for any available updates for Trados Studio 2021 and install them, as updates often include bug fixes and improvements.

I hope these steps help you resolve the issue. If you continue to experience problems, please provide additional details about any specific actions you took before encountering the error.
