Trados 2015 seems couldn't delete notes

Question

Hi, there, 
 I will add note to the segment that I couldn't handle for the moment. It usually can be deleted in version 2014. However, I found that the version 2015 couldn't delete the added note even if the segment is active and the part that has the note is selected. And here is the stranger thing. For some notes, Trados can delete them but for others, it can't. I know this because when I have selected the segment trying to delete the note, the "Edit Note" option is grey for some segment and for others, it is normal color! I am thinking maybe there is a bug with Trados 2015 that has caused this issue? If you can exclude this possibility, can you tell me what I possibly have done wrong?

This is a strange thing that when I tried to delete or edit the notes, some of them were undoable. However, after several days of work, this "bug" seems to have "fixed" itself! Now all the notes can be deleted and edited. I don't know why it happened like that last time.

I can't think of a reason for this off the top of my head as I have not seen this before. Can you share a screenshot perhaps and then maybe we can spot something obvious? 
 
(When you reply use the "Use rich formatting" option and you'll be able to add an image) 
 
You can also delete comments in the message window at the top where the TM results window is... did you try using that as well?
