I am looking into Trados Studio's AI capabilities again, and there is one change that made me about jump for joy: I can now edit the system prompt. That's a big deal and answers all the questions we had earlier about “Can I get the AI Assistant to not re-translate the target segment, but to only edit it.” I still have to test it, but the answer should now be a straightforward yes.

Another wish is not fulfilled yet, it seems. Why can't I run multiple AI prompts at project creation? I know the technical reason is that the AI Assistant calls the translation resource “OpenAI Provider for Trados Studio” that's added to the resource list. And in that resource the connection (the LLM to be used) and the prompt are defined and can't be redefined while the batch tasks are running.

• I can add the “OpenAI” resource several times to the list of resources and define different connections and prompts, but it's not obvious to me what the effect of this is.
• I can also add the “Pre-translate Files with OpenAI Provider” task numerous times to a task sentence, but again it's not obvious what the effect is, and it does not look like it's intended to be used like that.

Does anyone have experience with this? Got it to work?
