I need very simple instructions please, I have tried to follow the AI response from 4 months ago, but it lacks detail and I don''t understand what to do. Please help, my livelihood depends on my TRados studio 2021 working! Thank you.
You had case number CS0036073 open but never replied to my colleagues. I will open a new case, but please make sure you check your e-mail (including your Promotions/Specials tab and the Spam/Junk folder).
