Studio 2024 version

I've completed the review stage, made sure the file is in SDLXLIFF status. Everything is confirmed and it shows as translation approved. 

When I run "generate target translations" and open the file, the source text shows up, not the translated text.

It's a two column Word file with the source language on the left and the target language on the right. The source language is showing up in both columns.

It's a merged file so it's possible it's trying to revert to a previous version (but even then the right column ought to be blank).

Ideas welcome on why this is, how to fix it. Thanks!
