Trados Studio 2024 - Programme shuts down immediately after starting

Good afternoon, 
 I am reaching out because my Trados Studio 2024 has stopped working. When I try to start the programme it immediately shuts down. I tried several times. One time I got the message in the screenshot below. However, according to my online profile the license is activated. We were able to make an update after the problem arised and Trados worked for a short time after that. But then shortly after the same problem. I would be glad for any advice on how to solve this problem. Thank you for your help!
