revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded

I'm in the process of upgrading to Studio 2024, but I've been unable to deactivate my Studio 2021 licence, both internally and offline.
The error message in Studio reads "revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded".
