Trados doesn't start - fails at "initialising views"

Question

Hi, 
 suddenly I cannot open trados 24 anymore. It fails generating views at the opening, after showing "initializing views" in the loading banner, it simply stop loading. I already tried: 
 
 renaming Trados AppData folder, both in Local and Roaming subfolder, 
 removing any plugin 
 repair installation 
 even reinstalling 
 
 nothing changes. In the log I found this FATAL message: FATAL [2026-02-06 19:33:13,613][Thread:1 ] Sdl.Desktop.Platform.UnhandledException - Value cannot be null. If needed, I can share the whole log. I have no idea what to try next
