Hai cambiato qualcosa nel tuo PC - ad esempio la locazione dei progetti o dei documenti source? Sono questi progetti salvati localmente sul PC oppure su OneDrive or qualcosa similare?

Grazie Anca,

abbiamo eseguito le istruzioni che ci hai dato. Tutto è stato resettato e il progetto iniziato da capo. Il 78% del file tradotto però sembra scomparso nonostante fosse stato salvato e dato Ok. Come posso fare per recuperarlo?

Se il file tradotto e' stato salvato e i segmenti confermati per la memoria di traduzione, se apri il progetto dovrebbe essere li il contenuto.

Cio' che puoi fare e' di creare un progetto nuovo e aggiungere il documento source e la memoria di traduzione del progetto iniziale, dove si salva tutto quando si confermano i segmenti.

Siamo riusciti a recuperare tutto il file tradotto scaricando il progetto presente su Trados cloud. Abbiamo usato quello per creare il nuovo progetto recuperando tutto quello che era stato tradotto. Grazie!
