Dear SDL Trados Community,

One of my clients sent me a bilingual twb.rtf file that I converted into twb.docx, as I had done in previous occasions, for a I project I have been working with this client. When I added the new converted twb.docx file to the project, I went to Batch tasks so I could convert the file into Translatable format. This is the error message I get when I try to convert the file into Translatable Format: 

Error: The file contains "tw4winMark" style used to mark up bilingual documents. 

I have marked the Process files with tw4winMark style in my Trados and reopen the docx file again but it does not work. 

I'm working with SDL Trados Studio 2015 12.0.499.3 and Word 2007.  

I would appreciate if any would be able to help me ASAP as I have a delivery date on the 28th of December.
