I have been a Trados Studio user since 2015 and would like to report an inconvenient situation.
Brazilian Portuguese underwent an update in 2009. In fact, the agreement between all Portuguese-speaking countries was signed in 1990, but came into effect in 2009.
The problem is that the Trados Studio 2024 dictionary STILL uses the spelling prior to the agreement.
It is very inconvenient to correct each “non-error” by adding it to a personal dictionary. Especially because, in the new versions of Trados, I feel that my updates to the personal dictionary are lost.
This post is to request that you update your internal Brazilian Portuguese dictionary. It's been 17 years!
