How to create a Regex rule? I do not see Auto-Substitution in the File Options Language Pairs Translation Memory and Automated Translation?

I have been searching for Auto-Substitution in the File Options Language Pairs Translation Memory and Automated Translation and could not find.

Is my Trados Studio 2024 interface has changed and how to get this feature back
