Hola, solicito ayuda, por favor. Trados Studio 2015

Confirmo un segmento y luego éste se torna de color rosado y no puedo hacer nada más, el programa se congela, ninguna función responde.

He tenido que acudir al administrador de tareas para cerrar el programa y luego al abrir de nuevo el programa, vuelve a suceder lo mismo.
