Failed to add window command bar extensions Trados 2022

I worked on Trados Studio 2022 this morning and suddently it doesn't work anymore. I have an error message "Failed to add window command bar extensions". I tried everything i found on the forum even uninstalling Trados but it sill doesn't work.
