Studio 2024 Hit list settings: field font size cannot be changed

Question

I am using a Termbase where the terms have important fields. The font size of those fields is tiny and the font color is very light so I can hardly see the field content.
I have seen a video online where the section Fields has a Font button which allows to change both the font size and color. I don't know which Studio version this is:

But in my Studio 2024, this Font button does not appear. This is what I have:
A configuration window in Trados Studio displaying options for termbase formatting, term fields, and preview modes, with checkboxes and buttons for customization.
Can someone please tell me what's going on here?
Is this a bug in Studio 2024?

 A reset might help you with this. To do this just close Trados Studio and then delete these folders: 
 %appdata%\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio18\ 
 %appdata%\Trados\Trados Studio\18\ 
 You will lose your plugins, and also your settings, but your projects and other resources will remain untouched. Putting the plugins back is trivial via the integrated appstore. 
 If you can't find these folders then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders: 
 www.howtogeek.com/.../ 
 Then restart Trados Studio and see if that helped.
