Ouverture de fichier impossible

Bonjour,

Merci

Question improvement suggestion: Please provide the exact version of Trados Studio you are using and any error messages that may appear when trying to open the file.

In the meantime, based on the information you have provided, here is a suggested answer to your question:

    Hello,

It seems you're experiencing difficulties opening a file in Trados Studio. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot this issue:

    **Step 1:** Restart Trados Studio

    - Save your current progress and close Trados Studio completely.

    - Reopen Trados Studio and try to open the file again. This can sometimes resolve temporary glitches.

    **Step 2:** Check File Compatibility

    - Ensure that the file you are trying to open is compatible with Trados Studio. If the file is corrupted or not supported, it may not open properly.

    **Step 3:** Rename the Folder

    - Close Trados Studio.

    - Navigate to `C:\Users\%User Name%\App Data\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio` and rename the folder `15.0.0.0` to `15.0.0.0_old`.

    - Restart Trados Studio and try opening the file again.

    **Step 4:** Move the File

    - Try moving the .sdlxliff file to a different location, such as your Desktop, and then attempt to open it from there.

    **Step 5:** Check for Updates

    - Make sure your Trados Studio is up to date. Check for any available updates within the application.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please provide the exact version of Trados Studio you are using and any error messages that may appear when trying to open the file. This information will help in diagnosing the problem further.
