The "find" function no longer works. I have tried a number of fixes, and just uninstalled Trados 2022 and reinstalled it but nothing. I have tried to use the "find" function in a new document to be translated but it is all grey. I do not know what else to do. Can someone help, please? Many thanks. Paolo
Please post a screenshot, so we can see the all-disabled Find dialog you see, and ensure Trados Studio 2022 is up-to-date (the latest version should be Trados Studio 2022 SR2, build 17.2.12.19268).

Many thanks for your reply. I have attached a screenshot that shows the Find box greyed out. I have tried with a new text to be translated and i get the same. As I stated, I have uninstalled and re-installed Trados 2022 but to no avail. The Find function stopped working literally overnight. I hope you can resolve this problem. There is no rush because this problem is happening in my second "study" in a different town but I would obviously still like to resolve it.

I see, but it could be OK afterall...
The shortcut to find text is CTRL+F (or just press the Find button, in the center, not the arrow key). Once you have searched for something, the 2 options below (Find Next & Find Previous) will be enabled. Is it OK now?
