in tagalog AM as in morning is written as "umaga" or PM is "hapon", how can the time format so will convert correctly?

In Trados Studio, the issue comes from the locale-specific date/time formatting rules in the language resource or Windows regional settings.
If you want the TM to keep standard AM/PM instead of converting to localized words, try the following:
hh:mm tth:mm ttAMPMumaga, hapon), you may need:
Common regex replacements:
\bumaga\b → AM\bhapon\b → PMAlso check whether the issue happens:
because the source can affect where the conversion occurs.
I hope this helps.
