error "Cannot create a file when that file already exists."

Question

When I am creating a new project, I have received error "Cannot create a file when that file already exists." in process of Apply Perfect Match, Pre-translation files, and Analyze Files... Why I am getting those error?

Is this a completely new project? Are you creating a project over a project perhaps? Can you provide a few more steps to explain what you're doing and when exactly this error message is thrown?
