Error message while trying to save a 'target text file' in SDL2015

Hello, 
 I am using SDL Studio 2015. 
 Today for the first time during my work with SDL Studio over almost three years, I got an error message while trying to save the "target text" during translation, 
 The error message is: 
 "Zuieltext konnte nicht gespeichert werden, Der Objectverweis wurde nicht auf eine instanz festgelegt" 
 Sorry, for this German error message text, but this is beacuse I am using the German language option in my SDLStudio. 
 How can overcome this problem please. 
 Any help/tipp would be useful. Thanks for your help in advance

 To troubleshoot files try these articles:

 More often, the solution to these problems is resolved like this: 
 
 Open the source file again using the "Translate Single Document" process 
 Save it to create a single file project 
 Try to save target now before you do anything. If it works go onto the next step, but if it doesn't then you need to consider the more advanced trouble shooting steps in the KB article as it may be a problem with the source file 
 Pretranslate the file using your Translation Memory 
 Save the target file 
 
 If none of that helps, and if you are allowed to share the file you can send me the fully translated sdlxliff and the original source file and I'll happily take a look.
